Patient Portal

The MEDENT Patient Portal provides secure online access to portions of your medical records, and an easy and convenient way to communicate with our practice. Your portal account reflects information on your personal medical record.

The patient portal will allow you to send and receive non-urgent messages and information from our office, notify our practice of changes to your personal information, request medication refills, view upcoming and previous appointments, and view your current medications and allergies list.

You are now able to schedule an evisit through your patient portal as well as schedule an appointment in the office.

You can also pay your bill through your portal account or on this website.
